No refund policy

By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access to the licensed materials and expressly waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), once access has been granted.
No refunds can be issued after access has been provided.

License

Access to the Market Framework Model (MFM) is granted under a personal, non-transferable license, valid for the duration of the active subscription period, or for one year from the date of activation in the case of a fixed-term license.
Redistribution, resale, sharing, sublicensing, or public disclosure of the framework, its implementation, or its underlying logic is strictly prohibited.

Educational use only

The Market Framework Model (MFM) is an analytical and educational framework. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or performance guarantees. It does not generate buy or sell signals and does not constitute a recommendation to trade any financial instrument.
MFM is not a trading system, not a signal generator, and not a performance model. It is a structural interpretation framework designed to reveal when markets are coherent and when they are not.

User responsibility

By using MFM you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and financial outcomes.
• Neither the creator of MFM nor Inratios can be held liable for losses, damages or missed opportunities.
• Market activity involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You are at least 18 years of age

No financial advice

MFM is not registered as a financial advisor or broker-dealer in the Netherlands, the United States, or any other jurisdiction.
Always consult a licensed financial professional before making investment or trading decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the lesser of:
• the amount paid for the license, or
• USD $500.
In no event shall Inratios or the creator be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

The Market Framework Model (MFM), including its logic, documentation, and associated materials, is protected by copyright and registered under i-Depot (BOIP) Ref. 155670.
All rights reserved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent court of Limburg, the Netherlands.

Acceptance

By completing this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when you purchase or access the Market Framework Model (MFM) via Payhip or related channels.

2. Data we collect

Depending on the nature of your purchase and access, we may collect the following information:

• Billing and payment information
• IP address and country of purchase
• VAT number (for EU business customers)
• TradingView username (required solely for access activation through the current private implementation)
• Technical and order-related metadata collected by Payhip for fraud prevention, tax, and compliance purposes

3. Purpose of data processing

We process your personal for the following purposes:

• To complete and administer your purchase
• To provide licensed access to the Market Framework Model
• To activate access through the applicable implementation
• To generate invoices and comply with legal and tax obligations
• To provide customer support and handle inquiries
• To send essential, product-related communications

We do not send marketing communications unless you have explicitly opted in.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.
Personal data is shared only with essential service providers acting as data processors:

• Payhip – payment processing, order management, invoicing, and tax compliance
• TradingView – solely for the purpose of activating access through the private implementation
• Accounting or tax services – where required for legal compliance

All processors operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

5. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)

6. Data retention

We retain:

• Billing and invoicing data for 7 years (EU tax law requirement)
• License and activation records for up to 5 years
• Support communications for up to 2 years

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

8. Cookies and tracking

• Payhip may use cookies for fraud prevention, payment processing, and VAT determination
• Inratios does not use marketing trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases of the Market Framework Model (MFM) via Payhip or related platforms.

1. Product description

The Market Framework Model (MFM) is a digital analytical framework designed for structural market interpretation.MFM is not a trading system, not a signal generator, and not a performance model.
It is a structural interpretation framework intended to clarify market context and internal market structure.Access to MFM is provided through a private technical implementation that operates within the TradingView platform.

2. Delivery

Access is granted manually within 24 hours after receipt of:
• Payment confirmation, and
• The TradingView username required for activation of the private implementation.
Access is provided exclusively to the account holder.

3. License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Market Framework Model.
The license is valid for the duration of the active subscription period, or for one year from the date of activation in the case of a fixed-term license, depending on the selected purchase option.
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public sharing, or disclosure of the framework, its implementation, or its underlying logic is strictly prohibited.

4. Updates

During the active license period, you may receive:

• maintenance updates
• minor improvements to the current implementation

Future products, separate models, or major version upgrades are not included unless explicitly stated.
No lifetime access or lifetime updates are provided.

5. Refunds & right of withdrawal

This is a digital product and is non-refundable.

MFM is provided for educational and analytical purposes only.
It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or guarantees of any kind.
All trading decisions and financial outcomes remain solely your responsibility.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.

7. Pricing & VAT

Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
For EU business customers with a valid VAT number, VAT may be reversed in accordance with EU VAT regulations.

8. Termination

Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
For fixed-term licenses, access expires automatically at the end of the licensed period unless a new license is purchased.
You may discontinue use at any time.
No refunds are issued for unused time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent court of Limburg, the Netherlands.
